Description

This Valentine’s Day Pink Mudslide is a creamy, indulgent cocktail with a sweet twist. Featuring the classic flavors of chocolate and cream, this pink-hued version is perfect for a romantic celebration or a fun treat with friends.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur (e.g., Kahlúa)
  • 1 oz Irish cream liqueur (e.g., Baileys)
  • 2 oz strawberry milk (or 1 oz strawberry syrup + 1 oz milk)
  • 1/2 cup vanilla or strawberry ice cream (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • Ice cubes

For Garnish:

  • Whipped cream
  • Pink sugar or sprinkles (for the rim)
  • Chocolate syrup or strawberry syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Glass:
    • If desired, rim the glass with pink sugar or sprinkles. To do this, dip the rim in a shallow plate of syrup (chocolate or strawberry), then dip into pink sugar or sprinkles.
  2. Blend or Shake:
    • In a blender, combine vodka, coffee liqueur, Irish cream liqueur, strawberry milk, and ice cream (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy.
    • Alternatively, if you prefer a thinner drink, combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
  3. Assemble the Drink:
    • Drizzle the inside of a chilled glass with chocolate syrup or strawberry syrup, if desired. Pour the blended or shaken drink into the glass.
  4. Garnish and Serve:
    • Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pink sugar or sprinkles. Serve immediately with a straw or spoon for extra indulgence.

Notes

  • For a non-alcoholic version, replace the alcohol with 1 oz chocolate syrup, 1 oz coffee-flavored syrup, and 1 oz strawberry milk.
  • Customize the pink hue by adjusting the amount of strawberry syrup or using food coloring.
  • Add crushed ice to the blender for a frosty texture if skipping the ice cream.
