Description

This Valentine’s Day Oreo Cookie Bark is an easy and festive treat made with layers of creamy white and pink chocolate, crunchy Oreo cookies, and colorful sprinkles. Perfect for gifting, parties, or a sweet surprise for your loved ones!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
  • 12 oz white chocolate, chopped or chips
  • 6 oz pink candy melts (or white chocolate tinted with pink gel food coloring)
  • 2 tbsp Valentine’s Day-themed sprinkles
  • Optional: heart-shaped candies for decoration

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base:
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. Melt the White Chocolate:
    • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
    • Pour the melted white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly into a thin layer using a spatula.
  3. Add the Chopped Oreos:
    • Immediately sprinkle the chopped Oreo cookies evenly over the white chocolate while it’s still warm. Press them gently into the chocolate to adhere.
  4. Melt the Pink Chocolate:
    • In a separate bowl, melt the pink candy melts (or pink-tinted white chocolate) in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
    • Drizzle the pink chocolate over the Oreo layer using a spoon or piping bag, creating a decorative pattern.
  5. Decorate:
    • Sprinkle the Valentine’s Day sprinkles and heart-shaped candies over the bark while the chocolate is still wet.
  6. Set the Bark:
    • Allow the bark to set at room temperature for about 1 hour or in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes until firm.
  7. Break and Serve:
    • Once set, break the bark into irregular pieces. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

Notes

  • Use milk or dark chocolate as a base layer if you prefer a richer flavor.
  • Swap Oreos with your favorite cookies for a personalized twist.
  • Add mini marshmallows or crushed pretzels for extra texture.
