- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup (80ml) vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1/2 cup (75g) Valentine’s Day-themed sprinkles
- 1/2 cup (75g) Valentine’s M&M’s or chocolate candies
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
- Prepare the Dough:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract (if using). Stir until a soft dough forms.
- Gently fold in the sprinkles and M&M’s, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
- Shape the Cookies:
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Flatten slightly with your hand or the back of a spoon.
- Bake:
- Bake for 9-11 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft. Do not overbake.
