Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
For the Topping:
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal. -
Mix the Meatloaf:
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, eggs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until just combined. -
Assemble with Cheese:
Press half of the meat mixture into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the meat, then cover with the remaining meat mixture. Press down firmly to seal the cheese inside. -

In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard. Spread the topping evenly over the meatloaf. -
Bake:
