Scale
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 1/3 cups shredded sweetened coconut
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with non-stick spray or line with parchment paper for easier removal.
- Make the Crust: In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form an even crust.
- Layer the Ingredients:
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips, then the butterscotch chips, over the condensed milk layer.
- Evenly add the chopped nuts and top with shredded coconut.
- Bake: Place the pan in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the coconut is lightly toasted.
- Cool and Serve: Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares. For clean slices, chill in the fridge for about an hour before cutting.
Notes
- Storage: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
- Variations: Try adding white chocolate chips, toffee bits, or drizzle with caramel for extra sweetness.
