Description

Tzatziki Chicken Naan Pizza is a Mediterranean-inspired dish featuring naan flatbreads topped with seasoned chicken, fresh vegetables, and creamy tzatziki sauce, making a quick and flavorful meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 naan flatbreads
  • 1 cup cooked, shredded or diced chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup diced tomato
  • 2 tbsp sliced red onion
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped fresh parsley or dill for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place naan flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush each naan with olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread about 2 tablespoons of tzatziki sauce on each naan, saving the rest for topping.
  5. Top with shredded chicken and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and naan is crisp.
  7. Remove from oven and top with cucumber, tomato, red onion, and crumbled feta.
  8. Drizzle with remaining tzatziki sauce and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
  9. Slice and serve warm.
