- 2 naan flatbreads
- 1 cup cooked, shredded or diced chicken breast
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup diced cucumber
- 1/4 cup diced tomato
- 2 tbsp sliced red onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped fresh parsley or dill for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place naan flatbreads on a baking sheet.
- Brush each naan with olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Spread about 2 tablespoons of tzatziki sauce on each naan, saving the rest for topping.
- Top with shredded chicken and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and naan is crisp.
- Remove from oven and top with cucumber, tomato, red onion, and crumbled feta.
- Drizzle with remaining tzatziki sauce and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
- Slice and serve warm.
