- 1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies, crushed
- 6 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
- 2 packages (3.9 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form a crust.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread over the cookie crust.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with the remaining whipped topping and smooth the surface.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top, then sprinkle with chopped pecans and mini chocolate chips if using.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
- Use a food processor to easily crush the Oreos.
- Chill longer for cleaner slices when serving.
- Substitute graham crackers or chocolate wafer cookies for the crust if desired.
