- 2 pounds frozen or homemade meatballs
- 1 cup grape jelly
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Traeger grill to 225°F (107°C) using your choice of wood pellets (hickory or apple recommended).
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet or grill-safe pan and smoke for 1 hour.
- Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium heat, combine grape jelly, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and heated through.
- After smoking, toss meatballs in the sauce mixture until fully coated.
- Increase grill temperature to 350°F (177°C).
- Return sauced meatballs to the grill and cook for an additional 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and meatballs are heated through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.
