- 5 large flour tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped black olives (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar, green onions, red bell pepper, olives (if using), garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread a thin, even layer of the mixture over each tortilla.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Remove plastic wrap and slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels before serving.
Notes
- Chill longer for cleaner cuts and better shape.
- Customize with cooked bacon, ham, or turkey slices for a meaty version.
- Great make-ahead appetizer for parties, potlucks, or lunchboxes.
