Description

A simple and refreshing tomato, onion, and cucumber salad tossed in a light lemon and herb dressing. A classic side dish that pairs well with almost any meal.


Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Add chopped herbs and optional spices if using.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss gently to coat.
