- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place tilapia fillets in the baking dish and brush with the lemon herb mixture.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
