For the Pasta & Sauce:
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef (or Italian sausage)
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Creamy Layer:
- 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
For the Topping:
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Cook the Spaghetti:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Make the Meat Sauce:
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Prepare the Creamy Layer:
- In a bowl, mix Alfredo sauce, cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic powder until smooth.
4. Assemble the Spaghetti Bake:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, layer as follows:
- Bottom layer: Spread half of the meat sauce.
- Middle layer: Add cooked spaghetti, tossing with creamy Alfredo mixture.
- Top layer: Spread the remaining meat sauce.
5. Add Cheese & Bake:
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
