Description

Tiger Sauce is a bold, creamy, and spicy condiment made with horseradish, mayonnaise, and a few simple seasonings. It’s perfect as a dipping sauce for meats, sandwiches, fries, or as a zesty drizzle for seafood.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp prepared horseradish (not cream-style)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 12 tsp hot sauce (optional, for extra heat)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, horseradish, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar.
  2. Add garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and hot sauce if using. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust seasonings to your preference.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
  5. Serve chilled as a dipping sauce or sandwich spread.

Notes

  • Use more horseradish for a spicier kick.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
  • Pairs well with steak, prime rib, fried shrimp, or roast beef sandwiches.
  • For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt or light mayo.
