Ingredients

  1. Prepare the Ricotta Mixture: In a small bowl, combine ricotta, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well-blended and set aside.
  2. Form and Season the Patties: Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties. Season both sides of each patty with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the Burgers: In a skillet or on a grill over medium-high heat, cook the patties to your preferred doneness (about 4-5 minutes per side for medium). In the final minute of cooking, place a slice of mozzarella cheese on each patty to melt.
