- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray (for the muffin tin)
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat Oven:
- Heat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
2️⃣ Bake the Tater Tots:
- Place 3 frozen tater tots in each muffin cup.
- Bake for 10 minutes until softened.
3️⃣ Form the Cups:
- Using the back of a spoon or a small glass, press the tater tots down to form a “cup” shape.
- Sprinkle each cup with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Return to the oven and bake for 10 more minutes, until golden and crispy.
4️⃣ Add the Fillings:

- Bake for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.

- Let cool for 2 minutes, then remove from the muffin tin.
