Description

Ingredients

  • 36 frozen tater tots (about 3 per cup)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray (for the muffin tin)

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat Oven:

  • Heat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.

2️⃣ Bake the Tater Tots:

  • Place 3 frozen tater tots in each muffin cup.
  • Bake for 10 minutes until softened.

3️⃣ Form the Cups:

  • Using the back of a spoon or a small glass, press the tater tots down to form a “cup” shape.
  • Sprinkle each cup with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Return to the oven and bake for 10 more minutes, until golden and crispy.

4️⃣ Add the Fillings:
