- 1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cups cooked white or brown rice
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn kernels (fresh, canned, or frozen)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- 2 cups crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish (optional)
Optional Toppings:
- Diced tomatoes
- Shredded lettuce
- Diced avocado or guacamole
- Sliced green onions
- Pickled jalapeños

Cook the Ground Beef:
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water, stirring to combine. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.

- Divide the cooked rice evenly between 4 bowls.
- Top each bowl with a portion of the taco-seasoned ground beef.
- Add black beans, corn, and shredded cheese over the beef layer.

- Sprinkle each bowl with a generous handful of crushed Doritos.
- Add a spoonful of salsa and a dollop of sour cream to each bowl.
