Description

Summer Fruit Salad is a sweet and refreshing mix of seasonal fruits tossed in a simple honey-lime dressing. It’s light, naturally sweet, and perfect for BBQs, picnics, brunch, or a healthy dessert. Easy to prep and endlessly customizable!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 1 cup grapes (red or green), halved

  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed

  • 1 cup pineapple, cubed

  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced

  • 1 mango, diced

  • 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped (optional)

For the Dressing:

  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • Zest of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey (or maple syrup), lime juice, and lime zest.

  2. In a large bowl, combine all the fruit.

  3. Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat.

  4. Chill for 15–30 minutes before serving.

  5. Garnish with chopped mint if desired.

Notes

  • Add or swap in your favorite fruits: peaches, raspberries, oranges, or bananas.

  • For extra texture, top with shredded coconut, chopped nuts, or granola right before serving.

  • Best served fresh the same day, but can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
