Description

Strawberry yogurt popsicles are a refreshing, healthy frozen treat made with fresh strawberries and creamy yogurt—perfect for hot summer days and kid-friendly snacking.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1 1/2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • 23 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine strawberries, yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and lemon juice.
  2. Blend until smooth or leave slightly chunky for texture, depending on preference.
  3. Pour mixture evenly into popsicle molds.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until fully set.
  5. To release, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds before removing the popsicles.

Notes

  • For a swirl effect, blend strawberries and yogurt separately and layer in the molds.
  • Can substitute strawberries with other berries or fruits.
  • Use silicone molds for easier removal.
