- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 1/2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt (Greek or regular)
- 2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a blender, combine strawberries, yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and lemon juice.
- Blend until smooth or leave slightly chunky for texture, depending on preference.
- Pour mixture evenly into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until fully set.
- To release, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds before removing the popsicles.
Notes
- For a swirl effect, blend strawberries and yogurt separately and layer in the molds.
- Can substitute strawberries with other berries or fruits.
- Use silicone molds for easier removal.
