- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped strawberries with Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup, if using. Mix well.
- Spoon small dollops of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or into silicone molds.
- Place the tray in the freezer and freeze for 2–3 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, remove bites from tray and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
- Let sit at room temperature for 1–2 minutes before serving for the best texture.
Notes
- Use vanilla-flavored Greek yogurt for a sweeter bite without added sweeteners.
- Try using other fruits like blueberries or raspberries for variety.
- Silicone molds make shaping and removal much easier.
