Description

Strawberry Pudding Cookies are soft, chewy cookies made with strawberry-flavored pudding mix and white chocolate chips, delivering a burst of fruity sweetness in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package strawberry instant pudding mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the pudding mix and beat until well combined.
  4. Mix in the eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
  7. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  8. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  9. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. Do not overbake.
  10. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
