Description
These strawberry popsicles are a fun and fruity treat made with real strawberries and simple ingredients. They’re naturally sweetened, full of vitamin C, and perfect for kids (and adults too!). No artificial flavors or colors — just bright, berry goodness in every bite.
Ingredients
-
2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled
-
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
-
1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt (optional, for creaminess)
-
1 teaspoon lemon juice (to enhance flavor)
-
2-3 tablespoons water (as needed to blend)
Instructions
-
In a blender, combine strawberries, honey (or maple syrup), yogurt (if using), and lemon juice.
-
Blend until completely smooth. Add a splash of water if needed to help it blend.
-
Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
-
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Insert sticks.
-
Freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or until fully frozen.
-
To release, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds, then gently pull out the popsicles.
Notes
-
For a chunkier texture, blend briefly or mash berries by hand.
-
Skip the yogurt for a dairy-free version.
-
Add other fruits like banana or mango for a fun flavor twist!
-
Great for toddlers and older kids — just watch for stick safety depending on age.
