- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 2 cups Greek yogurt or whipped cream

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix sliced strawberries with honey or maple syrup if desired. Let sit for 5–10 minutes to release juices.
- If using yogurt, stir in vanilla extract for added flavor.
- In serving glasses, layer yogurt or whipped cream, followed by strawberries, then granola.
- Repeat layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with strawberries and a sprinkle of granola on top.
- Garnish with fresh mint if desired and serve immediately.
