Description

A no-bake, layered dessert made with fresh strawberries, whipped cream, and graham crackers that softens into a cake-like texture after chilling—perfect for warm weather treats.

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 box graham crackers

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  2. Spread a thin layer of whipped cream on the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  3. Arrange a layer of graham crackers over the cream, breaking them to fit as needed.
  4. Spread a layer of whipped cream over the graham crackers, then top with a layer of sliced strawberries.
  5. Repeat the layers (crackers, whipped cream, strawberries) until you reach the top of the dish, ending with whipped cream and strawberries.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the layers to soften and set.
  7. Garnish with extra strawberries and mint before serving, if desired.
