- 1 (12 oz) bag white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp strawberry extract
- 1–2 drops pink gel food coloring
- 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
- Optional: sprinkles or additional crushed strawberries for topping
Instructions
- Prepare the Pan:
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- Melt the Chocolate:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the mixture is smooth and melted.
- Flavor and Color:
- Stir in the strawberry extract and pink gel food coloring until fully incorporated. Adjust the color to your preference.
- Add the Strawberries:
- Fold in the crushed freeze-dried strawberries for extra strawberry flavor and texture.
- Spread and Set:
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Sprinkle additional crushed freeze-dried strawberries or sprinkles over the top for decoration.
- Chill and Cut:
- Refrigerate the fudge for 2–3 hours, or until completely set.
- Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang and cut it into bite-sized squares.
Notes
- For a dairy-free version, use dairy-free white chocolate and coconut condensed milk.
- Swap strawberry extract with vanilla or almond extract for a different flavor.
- Store fudge bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
