Description

Strawberry Fudge Bites are creamy, sweet, and bursting with strawberry flavor. Made with just a few ingredients, these adorable pink treats are perfect for Valentine’s Day, parties, or whenever you need a quick and easy dessert.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 (12 oz) bag white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp strawberry extract
  • 12 drops pink gel food coloring
  • 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • Optional: sprinkles or additional crushed strawberries for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan:
    • Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. Melt the Chocolate:
    • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the mixture is smooth and melted.
  3. Flavor and Color:
    • Stir in the strawberry extract and pink gel food coloring until fully incorporated. Adjust the color to your preference.
  4. Add the Strawberries:
    • Fold in the crushed freeze-dried strawberries for extra strawberry flavor and texture.
  5. Spread and Set:
    • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Smooth the top with a spatula.
    • Sprinkle additional crushed freeze-dried strawberries or sprinkles over the top for decoration.
  6. Chill and Cut:
    • Refrigerate the fudge for 2–3 hours, or until completely set.
    • Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang and cut it into bite-sized squares.

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, use dairy-free white chocolate and coconut condensed milk.
  • Swap strawberry extract with vanilla or almond extract for a different flavor.
  • Store fudge bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
