Description

This Strawberry Fluff is a light, creamy, and refreshing no-bake dessert made with fresh strawberries, whipped topping, marshmallows, and Jello. Perfect for potlucks, summer gatherings, or an easy sweet treat, this dessert salad is simple to make and absolutely delicious! 🍓✨

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (3 oz) box strawberry Jello
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (diced, plus extra for garnish)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple (drained) (optional, for extra flavor)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or vanilla yogurt (optional, for creaminess)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional, for crunch)

Instructions

Step 1: Make the Jello Base

  1. In a large bowl, whisk strawberry Jello with boiling water until dissolved.
  2. Stir in cold water and let it sit for 5-10 minutes to cool slightly.

Step 2: Mix in Fluff Ingredients

  1. Gently fold in Cool Whip, diced strawberries, mini marshmallows, and crushed pineapple (if using).
  2. If desired, mix in sour cream or yogurt for extra creaminess.
  3. Stir in chopped nuts (optional).

Step 3: Chill & Serve

  1. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to 4 hours for best texture).
  2. Before serving, garnish with extra strawberries and a dollop of whipped cream (optional).

Notes

  • Make It Lighter: Use sugar-free Jello and light Cool Whip.
  • Extra Fruity: Add sliced bananas or blueberries for a mixed berry fluff.
  • Storage: Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
