Instructions
- In a bowl, toss sliced strawberries with granulated sugar and lemon juice. Let sit for 10–15 minutes to macerate.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Layer the strawberries and whipped cream in serving glasses or bowls.
- Top with crushed graham crackers or a biscuit if desired. Garnish with mint leaves.
- Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.
