- 20–25 large fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup (30 g) graham cracker crumbs (optional, for garnish)
- 1–2 tablespoons melted chocolate (optional, for drizzling)
Instructions
Prepare the Strawberries:
- Wash and Hollow:
- Wash the strawberries and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Cut off the tops and use a small spoon or melon baller to hollow out the center of each strawberry to make room for the filling.
- Optional Stabilization:
- If needed, slice a small portion off the bottom of each strawberry so they can stand upright.
Make the Cheesecake Filling:
- Beat the Filling:
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice (if using) until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to Piping Bag:
- Spoon the filling into a piping bag fitted with a star or round tip. If you don’t have a piping bag, use a resealable plastic bag with a small corner snipped off.
