- 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed French onion soup
- 1 (10.5 oz) can beef broth
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In an 8×8-inch or similar-sized baking dish, combine rice, French onion soup, and beef broth. Stir to evenly distribute the rice.
- Place slices of butter evenly over the top of the mixture.
- Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes, or until the rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
- Fluff with a fork and serve hot.
