Description

This stacked club sandwich with bacon is the ultimate deli-style lunch. Loaded with crispy bacon, sliced turkey, ham, fresh lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and creamy mayo, it’s layered between three slices of toasted bread for that classic triple-decker bite. Perfect for a quick lunch or a hearty snack!

Ingredients

  • 3 slices white or whole wheat sandwich bread, toasted

  • 2 slices cooked bacon

  • 2 slices deli turkey

  • 2 slices deli ham

  • 2 slices cheddar or Swiss cheese

  • 2-3 slices tomato

  • 2 leaves romaine or iceberg lettuce

  • 1-2 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Optional: Dijon mustard or pickles

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.

  2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.

  3. Place a slice of bread (mayo side up) on a plate. Add lettuce, tomato slices, turkey, and a slice of cheese. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

  4. Top with the second slice of bread, mayo side up.

  5. Add ham, bacon, another slice of cheese, and more lettuce if desired.

  6. Top with the third slice of bread, mayo side down.

  7. Gently press down on the sandwich, then use a sharp knife to cut into halves or quarters. Secure each piece with a toothpick if needed.

  8. Serve immediately with chips or a pickle spear on the side.

Notes

  • You can switch up the meats or cheese based on what you have.

  • Add avocado, red onion, or a fried egg for an extra twist.

  • Use toothpicks to hold the sandwich together while slicing.
