Description

This spring berry parfait is a beautiful, delicious way to enjoy the season’s freshest berries. Layered with creamy yogurt and crunchy granola, it’s naturally sweet, super simple to make, and loved by kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries

  • 2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (or regular yogurt)

  • 1 cup granola (your favorite kind)

  • 1-2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)

  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Sweeten the yogurt (if desired) by stirring in honey or maple syrup.

  2. Start layering the parfaits:

    • Add a spoonful of yogurt to the bottom of a glass or jar.

    • Top with a layer of berries, then a layer of granola.

    • Repeat the layers until the glass is full.

  3. Finish with a few fresh berries and a sprig of mint on top.

  4. Serve immediately for maximum crunch, or refrigerate up to 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • Swap granola for crushed nuts or seeds for a grain-free option.

  • Use dairy-free yogurt for a vegan-friendly version.

  • Can also be made in a large trifle dish for gatherings!
