This spring berry parfait is a beautiful, delicious way to enjoy the season’s freshest berries. Layered with creamy yogurt and crunchy granola, it’s naturally sweet, super simple to make, and loved by kids and adults alike.
Ingredients

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1/2 cup fresh blueberries

1/2 cup fresh raspberries

2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (or regular yogurt)

1 cup granola (your favorite kind)

1-2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)

Instructions

Sweeten the yogurt (if desired) by stirring in honey or maple syrup.

Start layering the parfaits:

Add a spoonful of yogurt to the bottom of a glass or jar.

Top with a layer of berries, then a layer of granola.

Repeat the layers until the glass is full.
