Description

Spinach Dip Cheese Crisps are savory, low-carb snacks made by baking shredded cheese topped with a creamy spinach dip mixture. Perfect for parties or as a crunchy appetizer.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, spinach, garlic, Parmesan, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place small mounds of shredded cheddar and mozzarella (about 1 tablespoon each) spaced apart on the baking sheet.
  4. Flatten each mound slightly, then top each with a small spoonful of the spinach dip mixture.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes or until the cheese edges are golden and crisp.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes on the sheet, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • Be sure to fully squeeze out moisture from the spinach to avoid soggy crisps.
  • Use a silicone mat or parchment to prevent sticking.
  • Great for keto or low-carb diets—store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
