This Sparkling Strawberry Mojito is a refreshing, fruity twist on the classic mojito, featuring fresh strawberries, mint, lime, and a fizzy kick from sparkling water. It’s the perfect summer cocktail—light, crisp, and packed with vibrant flavors!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 56 fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 8 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 lime, cut into wedges
  • 2 teaspoons sugar (or simple syrup)
  • 2 oz white rum (or substitute with sparkling water for a mocktail)
  • Ice cubes
  • 34 oz sparkling water (club soda or flavored sparkling water)
  • Extra mint sprig & strawberry for garnish

Instructions

Step 1: Muddle the Flavors

  1. In a tall glass, add strawberries, mint leaves, lime wedges, and sugar.
  2. Use a muddler or spoon to gently mash the ingredients, releasing the juices and aromas.

Step 2: Add Ice & Rum

  1. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in white rum and stir gently to combine.

Step 3: Make it Sparkle

  1. Top with sparkling water, adjusting the amount to taste.
  2. Give it a light stir.

Step 4: Garnish & Serve

  1. Garnish with a mint sprig and a strawberry on the rim.
  2. Serve with a straw and enjoy!

Notes

✔ Mocktail version? Skip the rum and use extra sparkling water or ginger ale.
✔ Want it sweeter? Add honey, agave, or extra sugar to taste.
✔ Like it stronger? Increase rum to 2.5 oz.
✔ Frozen version? Blend all ingredients with ice for a frozen strawberry mojito.
