Perfect for parties, birthdays, or any occasion that calls for a rich and satisfying treat!

Ingredients

Scale

For the Cake:

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix (plus ingredients listed on the box: eggs, oil, water)
  • 1 can (400 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 200 g (1 cup) caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 100 g (1/2 cup) chocolate fudge sauce

For the Topping:

  • 200 g (1 cup) heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 Snickers bars, chopped
  • 50 g (1/4 cup) chopped salted peanuts (optional)
  • Additional caramel and chocolate sauce for drizzling

Instructions

🍰 Bake the Cake:

  1. Prepare the Cake:

    • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
    • Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
    • Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to the package instructions and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean (about 25-30 minutes).
  2. Poke the Cake:

    • Once the cake is baked, let it cool for 5 minutes.
    • Using the handle of a wooden spoon or a large straw, poke holes all over the top of the cake.
  3. Add the Filling:

    • Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the cake, allowing it to seep into the holes.
    • Then, drizzle the caramel sauce and chocolate fudge sauce over the top.
    • Gently spread with a spatula if needed to fill all the holes.
  4. Cool Completely:

    • Let the cake cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.

🍫 Prepare the Topping:

  1. Make Whipped Cream:

    • In a bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
    • Alternatively, you can use 500 ml (2 cups) of store-bought whipped topping.
  2. Spread the Topping:

    • Evenly spread the whipped cream over the cooled cake.
  3. Add Snickers and Peanuts:

    • Sprinkle the chopped Snickers bars and salted peanuts over the top of the whipped cream.
  4. Drizzle Sauces:

    • Finish with generous drizzles of caramel and chocolate sauce for an extra decadent touch.

🍽️ Serving Suggestions:

  • Serve chilled or at room temperature.
  • For extra indulgence, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side.
