Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups crushed vanilla wafer cookies or graham crackers
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

For Coating:

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Optional Garnish:

  • White chocolate drizzle

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Truffle Mixture:
    • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter together until smooth and creamy.
    • Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt. Mix until fully combined.
    • Stir in the crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers until a dough-like consistency forms.
  2. Shape the Truffles:
    • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze the balls for 15–20 minutes to firm up.
  3. Make the Cinnamon-Sugar Coating:
    • In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
  4. Coat the Truffles:
    • Roll each chilled truffle in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated.
  5. Optional Decoration:
    • Drizzle the truffles with melted white chocolate for an extra touch of sweetness.
  6. Serve or Store:
    • Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

Notes

  • For a fun twist, mix in 1/4 cup white chocolate chips or cinnamon chips into the truffle mixture.
  • These truffles freeze well! Store in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 months and thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
