Scale
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 24 Mini Snickers bars (or cut regular-sized Snickers into small pieces)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix Wet Ingredients:
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add the egg, vanilla extract, and milk, and beat until fully combined.
- Combine Dry Ingredients:
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Form the Cookies:
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough, flatten it slightly, and place a Mini Snickers in the center. Wrap the dough around the Snickers and roll it into a ball, ensuring the Snickers is fully enclosed.
- Bake:
- Place the cookie dough balls on the prepared baking sheets about 2 inches apart. Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until the cookies are just starting to turn golden at the edges.
- Cool and Serve:
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy warm or at room temperature!
Notes
- Storage: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to a month.
- Drizzle Option: Drizzle melted chocolate on top after baking for an extra chocolatey finish.
