Ingredients
Scale
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp milk
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
24 Mini Snickers bars (or cut regular-sized Snickers into small pieces)
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Mix Wet Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
Add the egg, vanilla extract, and milk, and beat until fully combined.
Combine Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms.
Form the Cookies:
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough, flatten it slightly, and place a Mini Snickers in the center. Wrap the dough around the Snickers and roll it into a ball, ensuring the Snickers is fully enclosed.
Bake:
Place the cookie dough balls on the prepared baking sheets about 2 inches apart. Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until the cookies are just starting to turn golden at the edges.
Cool and Serve:
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy warm or at room temperature!
Notes
Storage: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to a month.
Drizzle Option: Drizzle melted chocolate on top after baking for an extra chocolatey finish.
