Description

This S’mores Crunchwrap is a fun, handheld way to enjoy s’mores! With layers of gooey marshmallows, melted chocolate, and crunchy graham crackers wrapped up in a crispy tortilla, it’s the ultimate dessert treat—no campfire needed!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows or 4 large marshmallows
  • 4 graham crackers, broken into quarters
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips (or 4 chocolate bars)
  • 2 tbsp butter or cooking spray (for toasting)

Instructions

  • Assemble the Crunchwrap:
    • Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place 4 graham cracker quarters in the center of the tortilla.
    • Sprinkle about 1/4 cup of chocolate chips (or place 1 chocolate bar) on top of the graham crackers.
    • Add about 1/4 cup of mini marshmallows (or 1 large marshmallow, torn into pieces) over the chocolate.
  • Fold the Crunchwrap:
    • Fold the edges of the tortilla toward the center, covering the filling in a circular pattern, until fully wrapped. Press down gently to secure the folds.
  • Toast the Crunchwrap:
    • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of butter or spray with cooking spray.
    • Place the folded side of the crunchwrap down in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then carefully flip and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  • Serve:
    • Remove from the skillet, let cool slightly, and cut in half if desired. Serve warm to enjoy the gooey marshmallow and melted chocolate!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of cinnamon to the graham crackers or drizzle caramel sauce before folding.
  • You can prepare these ahead and warm them in the skillet or microwave before serving.
