Description

S’mores Bars are a gooey and nostalgic treat that layers graham cracker crust, melted chocolate, and toasted marshmallows, perfect for indoor enjoyment of the classic campfire dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the crust, then top with mini marshmallows.
  5. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top and add vanilla extract.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden and toasted.
  7. Cool completely before slicing into bars.

Notes

  • Use a kitchen torch for extra toasty marshmallows if desired.
  • Let bars cool fully before cutting to help them hold their shape.
  • You can mix in peanut butter chips or chopped nuts for added flavor.
