- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the crust, then top with mini marshmallows.
- Drizzle sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top and add vanilla extract.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden and toasted.
- Cool completely before slicing into bars.
Notes
- Use a kitchen torch for extra toasty marshmallows if desired.
- Let bars cool fully before cutting to help them hold their shape.
- You can mix in peanut butter chips or chopped nuts for added flavor.
