Description

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 4 ounces smoked salmon, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sour cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in chopped smoked salmon, dill, and chives until evenly distributed.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors develop.
- Serve with crackers, bagel chips, pita chips, or fresh veggies.
Notes
- Use cold-smoked salmon for a classic flavor or hot-smoked for a flakier texture.
- For a lighter dip, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
- Leftovers keep well covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
