- 1 (32 oz) bag frozen fully cooked meatballs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (optional, for thickening)
- Optional: chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, and minced garlic.
- Place frozen meatballs in a slow cooker and pour the sauce over them.
- Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or on high for 2–3 hours, until meatballs are heated through and sauce is bubbly.
- If a thicker sauce is desired, stir in cornstarch slurry during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving, if desired.
