Description

These Skinny Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Treats are creamy, fruity, and refreshing with just a few wholesome ingredients. Made with Greek yogurt, fresh strawberries, and a touch of honey, they’re a light, feel-good snack or dessert you can enjoy any time!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped

  • 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt

  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

  • Optional toppings: mini chocolate chips, crushed graham crackers, or shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, pulse strawberries until mostly smooth (a few small chunks are fine).

  2. In a bowl, mix the strawberry puree with Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla (if using) until fully combined.

  3. Spoon mixture into silicone molds, an ice cube tray, or mini muffin liners.

  4. Add optional toppings if desired.

  5. Freeze for at least 2–3 hours, or until fully set.

  6. Pop out of the molds and enjoy! Store extras in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

  • Use frozen strawberries if fresh ones aren’t available—just thaw slightly before blending.

  • Vanilla Greek yogurt adds more sweetness and flavor without extra ingredients.

  • Let treats sit at room temp for 2–3 minutes before eating for the best texture.
