Ingredients
-
1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
-
1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
-
1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
-
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
-
Optional toppings: mini chocolate chips, crushed graham crackers, or shredded coconut
Instructions
-
In a blender or food processor, pulse strawberries until mostly smooth (a few small chunks are fine).
-
In a bowl, mix the strawberry puree with Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla (if using) until fully combined.
-
Spoon mixture into silicone molds, an ice cube tray, or mini muffin liners.
-
Add optional toppings if desired.
-
Freeze for at least 2–3 hours, or until fully set.
-
Pop out of the molds and enjoy! Store extras in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
-
Use frozen strawberries if fresh ones aren’t available—just thaw slightly before blending.
-
Vanilla Greek yogurt adds more sweetness and flavor without extra ingredients.
-
Let treats sit at room temp for 2–3 minutes before eating for the best texture.
