- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

- Deglaze pan with white wine or broth and add lemon juice. Simmer for 2–3 minutes, then stir in remaining butter and half the Parmesan cheese.

- Top with mozzarella and remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use pre-cooked shrimp for convenience; just stir in at the end before baking.
- Substitute gluten-free pasta if needed.
- Pairs well with a green salad or garlic bread.
