Description

This creamy shrimp dip is a delicious, easy-to-make appetizer loaded with tender shrimp, cream cheese, and flavorful seasonings. Serve it chilled with crackers, chips, or veggies—it’s always a hit at parties!


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (or to taste)

  • 1 cup small cooked shrimp, chopped (canned, frozen & thawed, or fresh)

  • 2 green onions, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped celery (optional)

 

  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

  2. Mix in sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and Old Bay seasoning.

  3. Fold in chopped shrimp, green onions, and celery (if using).

  4. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.

  5. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

  6. Serve cold with crackers, tortilla chips, or raw veggies.


Notes

  • You can blend the dip for a smoother texture or leave it chunky.

  • Add a dash of hot sauce or horseradish for a spicy kick.

  • Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
