Description

No campfire? No problem! These Sheet Pan S’mores have all the classic flavors—crispy graham crackers, melty chocolate, and toasty marshmallows—baked right in your oven. Perfect for a quick dessert or feeding a crowd!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 12 graham crackers, broken into halves
  • 2 (4 oz) Hershey’s chocolate bars, broken into pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows (or large marshmallows cut in half)
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce (optional, for drizzle)

  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Assemble the Base: Arrange graham cracker halves in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Add Chocolate & Marshmallows: Place chocolate pieces evenly on top of the graham crackers, followed by mini marshmallows.
  • Bake: Place the sheet pan in the oven and bake for 5–7 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and slightly puffy.

  • Cool & Serve: Let cool for a minute, then drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers (if using). Enjoy warm!

Notes

  • Make It Extra Gooey: Broil for 30 seconds after baking to toast the marshmallows more.
  • Flavor Twist: Add a layer of peanut butter, Nutella, or caramel between the chocolate and crackers.

  • Storage: Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
