Description

Sautéed Mushrooms with Spinach is a quick and healthy side dish featuring earthy mushrooms and tender spinach, lightly seasoned and cooked in olive oil and garlic.


Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter (if using) in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and tender.
  4. Add the spinach and cook for another 2–3 minutes, stirring until wilted.
