- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onion (if using) and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced cabbage and stir well to coat in the oil.
- Season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 8-10 minutes or until the cabbage is tender and lightly browned.
- Remove from heat and stir in apple cider vinegar or lemon juice, if desired.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
