Description

These Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Roll-Ups are a delicious and portable breakfast option perfect for busy mornings. Made with scrambled eggs, savory sausage, and melted cheese all wrapped in a soft crescent roll.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 count)
  • 4 breakfast sausage links, cooked and halved lengthwise
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Melt butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the egg mixture and scramble until fully cooked. Remove from heat.
  4. Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of scrambled eggs on the wide end of each triangle.
  6. Top with half a sausage link and a sprinkle of shredded cheese.
  7. Roll up each triangle, starting at the wide end, and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
