This Samoa Snack Mix is a sweet, salty, and crunchy treat inspired by the classic Girl Scout cookie. Loaded with caramel, chocolate, toasted coconut, and crispy cereal, it’s the perfect no-bake snack for parties, movie nights, or anytime you’re craving something indulgent!
Ingredients

4 cups Golden Grahams cereal

2 cups toasted coconut flakes

1 1/2 cups mini pretzels

1 cup caramel baking bits or soft caramels, melted

1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted

1/2 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for smooth chocolate drizzle)

Sea salt, to taste (optional)
Instructions

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine Golden Grahams, toasted coconut, and pretzels. Mix well.

Drizzle the melted caramel over the mixture and gently stir to coat.

Spread the coated mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.

Melt chocolate chips (with coconut oil if using) in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.

Drizzle the melted chocolate over the snack mix.

Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.

Let it set at room temperature or in the fridge until the chocolate and caramel harden.
