Description

This Samoa Snack Mix is a sweet, salty, and crunchy treat inspired by the classic Girl Scout cookie. Loaded with caramel, chocolate, toasted coconut, and crispy cereal, it’s the perfect no-bake snack for parties, movie nights, or anytime you’re craving something indulgent!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Golden Grahams cereal

  • 2 cups toasted coconut flakes

  • 1 1/2 cups mini pretzels

  • 1 cup caramel baking bits or soft caramels, melted

  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted

  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for smooth chocolate drizzle)

  • Sea salt, to taste (optional)

Instructions

  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a large bowl, combine Golden Grahams, toasted coconut, and pretzels. Mix well.

  • Drizzle the melted caramel over the mixture and gently stir to coat.

  • Spread the coated mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.

  • Melt chocolate chips (with coconut oil if using) in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.

  • Drizzle the melted chocolate over the snack mix.

  • Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.

  • Let it set at room temperature or in the fridge until the chocolate and caramel harden.

  • Break into clusters and serve or store in an airtight container.

Notes

  • You can toast your own coconut in a dry skillet over medium heat, stirring often until golden brown.

  • Swap in other mix-ins like nuts or crushed cookies if you like!
