- 1 package (14 oz) Oreo cookies
- 3 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup salted caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
- Flaky sea salt, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form to make whipped cream.
- Spread a thin layer of whipped cream on the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
- Layer Oreo cookies over the whipped cream, covering the bottom.
- Spread a layer of whipped cream over the Oreos, then drizzle with salted caramel sauce.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of whipped cream on top.
- Drizzle additional salted caramel over the top and sprinkle lightly with flaky sea salt.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight to allow the cookies to soften.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- Use store-bought or homemade salted caramel sauce for convenience.
- Crush some Oreos and sprinkle on top for extra texture and decoration.
- Let the cake chill overnight for the best texture.
