Description

Salted Caramel Oreo Icebox Cake is a decadent no-bake dessert made with layers of Oreo cookies, fluffy whipped cream, and luscious salted caramel sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (14 oz) Oreo cookies
  • 3 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup salted caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
  • Flaky sea salt, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form to make whipped cream.
  2. Spread a thin layer of whipped cream on the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
  3. Layer Oreo cookies over the whipped cream, covering the bottom.
  4. Spread a layer of whipped cream over the Oreos, then drizzle with salted caramel sauce.
  5. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of whipped cream on top.
  6. Drizzle additional salted caramel over the top and sprinkle lightly with flaky sea salt.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight to allow the cookies to soften.
  8. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Use store-bought or homemade salted caramel sauce for convenience.
  • Crush some Oreos and sprinkle on top for extra texture and decoration.
