Description

Salad Supreme Pasta Salad is a flavorful and colorful dish featuring pasta, crisp vegetables, and a zesty Italian dressing enhanced with McCormick’s Salad Supreme seasoning for extra zest and spice.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz rotini or tri-color pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1 cup Italian dressing
  • 3 tbsp McCormick Salad Supreme seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool completely.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, and green bell pepper.
  3. Pour Italian dressing over the salad and sprinkle with Salad Supreme seasoning.
  4. Toss well to coat all the ingredients evenly.
  5. Add shredded Parmesan if using and mix gently.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for best flavor.
