- 12 oz rotini or tri-color pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1 cup Italian dressing
- 3 tbsp McCormick Salad Supreme seasoning
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool completely.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, and green bell pepper.
- Pour Italian dressing over the salad and sprinkle with Salad Supreme seasoning.
- Toss well to coat all the ingredients evenly.
- Add shredded Parmesan if using and mix gently.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for best flavor.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving if desired.
