Description

Tender and juicy steak kebabs marinated in a savory rosemary garlic blend, grilled to perfection for a flavorful and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1.5-inch pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1.5-inch pieces
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges
  • Metal or soaked wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, rosemary, garlic, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add steak cubes to the marinade, toss to coat, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to 8 hours).
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread steak, peppers, and onion onto skewers, alternating ingredients.
  5. Grill kebabs for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until steak is cooked to desired doneness.
  6. Remove from grill, let rest for 5 minutes, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  • Use other vegetables like zucchini or mushrooms as desired.
  • For extra flavor, brush kebabs with leftover marinade while grilling (only if it hasn’t touched raw meat).
