- 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1.5-inch pieces
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1.5-inch pieces
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- Metal or soaked wooden skewers
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, rosemary, garlic, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Add steak cubes to the marinade, toss to coat, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to 8 hours).
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread steak, peppers, and onion onto skewers, alternating ingredients.
- Grill kebabs for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until steak is cooked to desired doneness.
- Remove from grill, let rest for 5 minutes, and serve warm.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Use other vegetables like zucchini or mushrooms as desired.
- For extra flavor, brush kebabs with leftover marinade while grilling (only if it hasn’t touched raw meat).
